Our Biltong is made from well cared for grass-fed Jersey cows - we use a mixture of premium Topside and Silverside cuts. The meat is always hand cut before being spiced with our standard blend of spices with dried chillies in just the right amount to give you the burn you would expect from chilli biltong. The sticks are dried over a period of 5 to 6 days resulting in tender and tasty biltong which is then sold as whole sticks or sliced.
Ingredients: 100% Beef, spices, chilli and preservatives.
