Jersey Beef Dry Wors


As with our biltong our beef dry wors (droëwors) is made solely from grass-fed Jersey cows. We use a mixture of premium Topside and Silverside trim which is minced and spiced with a blend of traditional droëwors spices before piping into sheep casings and slow drying for three to four days to make exquisite tasting droëwors.

Ingredients: At least 70% Beef (no other meat such as pork or lamb), beef fat, sheep sausage casings, vinegar, spices and preservatives. 

ALLERGENS - May contain milk, egg, soy, wheat gluten.
